I am an attorney by training.  I attended Boalt Hall School of Law.

My hobbies are ham radio and model rocketry.  My amateur radio callsign is K6SKP.  I am an inactive member of the Huntington Beach Radio Amateur Emergency Service, also known as RACES.    I have also be interested in model rocketry since I was very young.  I have not been attending model rocket launches lately, but I am still a member of the Southern California Rocket Association.

I am also a fan of NASCAR racing.  I tend to follow Jimmie Johnson these days, while my son is a fan of Jeff Gordon.  Congratulations to Jimmie Johnson on his 4th consecutive NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship!
